-6025 pure function call runtime error - help please


been getting this error message when closing down ptle 7.3 does anyone know a fix for this,
-R6025 pure function call runtime error, it's the only problem i have and it's very annoying!

I'm running pt on a dell insiron 9400 laptop
Windows xp pro, sp2
intel core 2 [email protected]
2 gig memory

Do you have any other audio software and/or plugins installed? Incorrect/incompatible versions can cause problems like this.

If not, have you tried re-installing Pro Tools?

I've not got any other audio running, is it a simple task to reload protools? do you have any other ideas?

I didn't say running, I said installed. Just having old/bad/incompatible plugins or software installed can cause problems even if you aren't using them.


Re-installing Pro Tools is as simple as running the installation procedure from the disk again.

Any other ideas would require you to post more information about your system as suggested in the General troubleshooting thread at the top of this forum.

Does this include any vst's that are included in FLStudio (As I have used it as a Rewire)? Could it possibly be FLStudio that doesn't rewire well w/PTle?

I have this same problem.

I am listing some of my info, though this one error code (R6025) is really the only issue, other than the issues I am having with FLStudio:

XP Pro SP2
