Pro Tools 11 Video Doesn't Play

I just upgraded from Pro Tools 10.3.7 to 11.0.3 on my Macbook Pro.

The video played fine on 10, but is not playing on 11. I am able to import the video (a .mov), and the video window moves perfectly when I nudge frame by frame. However if I press play, it stays on whichever frame I was on when I pressed play. The system isn't frozen, the sound plays fine, just the video is stuck.

I have done all the suggested trouble shooting. I have disabled and reenabled the video engine, restarted protools, toggled the video track offline and back on, etc. My computer is running 10.9, has a Intel Iris Pro 1024 MB graphic card, and has 8 gigs of RAM.

Any thought on how to fix this? Thanks!
