El Capitan installed, M-Audio not detected?
I have ProTools MP9 and an M-Audio fast Track C-400, haven't used in a few months. Had to upgrade my Mac Book Pro to El Capitan 10.11.6 to solve numerous problems with other applications. Now I connect the M-Audio & iLk but when I start Pro Tools, it says "Unable to locate hardware."
Is there any hope? What might be the simplest path to getting Pro Tools working again on this upgraded system?

Re: El Capitan installed, M-Audio not detected?
The hope is you check compatibility before upgrading.
MP9 is a very dead product. You can upgrade to Pro Tools 12 if you need Pro Tools on El Capitan. http://www.sweetwater.com/insync/pro...-upgrade-chart Or install an older OS X on another partition/disk and run MP9 on that. Your choice. |
