Default Please No Private Email

Recently I've been receiving private emails from DUC participants seeking help with problems.

While I'd like to answer them individually, I just don't have time. If you post your issues in this section, I will get to them. It may take awhile, but that's because I'm out here on my free time. If you need an immediate response, you should contact Technical Support directly. (I'm not in Tech Support, by the way.)

Also, many of the questions people have asked me are relevant to lots of other folks, so I prefer to deal with them in this forum where all will benefit.

I hope you understand, and I hope you will all continue to contribute to this forum.

Thanks!
