Pro Tools LE 7.4 no longer works after Microsoft updates
Hi,
Have a 003 rack system with Pro Tools LE 7.4 installed on Windows XP Pro which was working fine until I decided to apply all the latest MS updates and patches (including SP3 - needed for a new Sony HandyCam). Pro Tools no longer opens: no error message, nothing. Protools.exe is still running as a task. have tried uninstalling and reinstalling with same result. Hace tried applying the cs10 patch. Any ideas?

This happened to me a month ago. After I deleted IE 8 (I use Firefox anyway) everything was fine.
