If you're using 6.4, you need to upgrade many Digi plug-ins which you'll find on the Downloads page.

Make sure the pliugin was loaded in the proper directory. It should be in Program Files-Common Files-Digidesign-DAE-Plugins. If its not there, search your hard drive. If PT was installed on C:, it should have installed properly. You may need to reinstall PT.

Its also worth a shot to update the Pace antipiracy drivers at www.paceap.com

Thats the problem. Protools is looking for the english directory. Try creating the directory I described above in English and drag the plug-ins to that folder. I suspect PT will then find the files and your plug-ins should work. RTAS Plug-ins are named xxx.dpm and xxx.dpm.rsr

You probably need to delete your preferences file in the main Digidesign directory. This has info thats plug-in related but by deleting it, a new one gets created with, hopefully, the location rectified.
