Dock chooses wrong channel
I am getting some new behavior where if I select a track for volume automation via the Dock fader, the Dock will select and write automation to either the track above or below the track selected. If I reselect the track it will then write to the correct track as long as I do not let go of the fader. If I write volume automation, then let go of the fader with the transport still running, the next time I touch the fader it will switch to the track below the selected track and write automation to that track instead. Any insight would be helpful.

Re: Dock chooses wrong channel
It sounds like the track isnt getting attentioned. Whats the Blue boarder around the tracks doing ?

Re: Dock chooses wrong channel
Hey Eddie. Thanks for the response. Blue border has an orange top, but will surround whichever track the Dock focuses on.

Re: Dock chooses wrong channel
So to be clear the fader on the dock is not writing to the track with the blue boarder (on the bottom)

Re: Dock chooses wrong channel
No, it is writing to the channel with the blue border at the bottom.
The issue is: a. I will have selected a track and Control will attention the track either above or below the track I have selected and write automation to that track, or: b. Control will attention the track I select and write automation to it, then if I let go of the fader for a second without stopping transport, Control will move attention the track below the track I have selected and write automation to that track instead the next time I touch the fader. Make sense? |

Re: Dock chooses wrong channel
You make sence but the issue doesnt ;-) Do you have attention on touch enabled in EuControl...maybe post an image of your settings here.

Re: Dock chooses wrong channel
Looked, and noticed "Auto bank to clicked track" was not selected, so I selected it too. Doesn't explain why it would select a different track without me touching anything though.
