Problem Importing Audio PT 12.8
When I try to import audio to a new session, or any session, I now get this message:
Could not complete the import audio command because assertion in "Volumes/Development/Code/203409/ProTools/NewFileLibs/Cfd/MacOS/Cfd_ImportAudioDialogMacOS.mm" line 607 After that message appears and I close out, I can no longer use most any function. I cannot record enable tracks, assign busses/sends, etc... I have to shut down Pro Tools and wait for a few minutes, restart and then everything works again. I can only make this happen when I try to import audio. Very strange. Has anyone had this problem? I really need to be able to import audio. Thanks in advance for any help. Pro Tools 12.8.2. Mac OS High Sierra
