Where to get a receipt for my annual subscription from Arvato?

In November, my credit card was charged for my annual Pro Tools subscription, but Arvato never sent a receipt. Now my accountant is asking for a receipt. How to I get one? Avid/Arvato should be sending an e-mail receipt for every transaction, no?

This I know, my accountant asked for the same thing a few weeks back.

You'll have to request a PDF version of the invoice from the Avid online store support team;

This is not an automated process, it'll take a day or so.

thanks for the response. Yes, That's exactly what happened. Not a big deal for me. I just think it's odd to have a subscription automatically renew and then not have an automated way way to send invoices. I imagine Avid would be inundated with these requests this time of year.

I agree. I think invoices should be in the Avid user account. How hard can it be? Every other company that does business on-line manages to provide that simple service.

Then again, Avid is not quite your average company is it..?
