FX propagation after stopping playback

You know when you're playing back your track and hit STOP and you get a blast of all your FX continuing as if they never got the message from headquarters? Is there a way to stop that?

I get it that stopping playback stops the AUDIO instantly but doesn't necessarily (or at all) kill all the returns. It would be nice if when you hit stop it was silence.

Grab the free plugin called Mute-o-Matic(I think its from Sound Radix). Insert after your effect plugins and set to mute at stop(it can also be set to mute on play, which is handy for killing open talk-back mics when transport rolls).
