I'm just now having an issue with this happening. i used it for months with no issues and just now am getting this error. pretty frustrating. fresh install and nothing changed

Hello
After updating the Avid Application Manager, I'm unable to launch Pro Tools First which worked correctly on my MBP, even under 10.11. There is always this window "there was an error posting the project" (in French actually). The soft seems to be working, but fail each time I'm trying to create a new project, after having choosen the kind (blues,...), given a name and enter. jcrowell93, Albep, ragincajun35, rnapper76, augustapril, were all of you unable to create any projects? May I know how many available projects are showing on your Avid Account and your Pro Tools First? Thank you Best, Tope

I've been getting the same error for a while now too. I have two open projects and it clearly says 2/3 projects, but I cannot create a third.
