Best workflow to export all playlist tracks/takes?

Hi all,

New to Pro Tools, been working in Logic since V4 and simply never had to learn PT until now!

I've recently taken advantage of the PT12 'rental offer' and can now simply grab the entire PT session off the studios I'm recording at, and do the comping and exporting at mine in order to maximise time in a pricey studio.

I've been consolidating and exporting tracks - for some of them the best take is obvious. My workflow is:

1) Zero all Faders (not sure this is required or if the export is pre-fader)
2) Make sure 'All' groups are selected
3) Triple click to select all audio regions
4) Shift + Alt + 3 to consolidate audio to same start point
5) Shift + Cmd + K to export the tracks.

Hopefully this workflow is correct (there is no one click 'Export all tracks' that bounces all from 1,1,1,1 like in Logic?). However with some songs, I'd like to export all the takes, or at least a selection of them to do some more detailed comping (in Logic).

Is there a good workflow for that, or do I simply do the above process 3 times (assuming there are 3 takes?).

I've searched on here and online, but lots of them are very old, for PT8 etc. I was hoping there's a really slick method as I have a fair number of tracks.

Open all playlists, select all, consolidate all, export all. This does not leave each take on a playlist though, and as far as I know, that is not available as a feature.
