Video Engine Launch Problem

I've been having this issue since last month, the video engine is not running and when I try to import a video appears a loading bar connecting the video engine, after load there's a error message saying "time expired trying to connect to the Avid video engine" after selecting OK appears another loading bar saying, "creating tracks, connecting with the avid video engine" and after the waiting time appears a error message saying "time expired trying to connect to the Avid video engine".

I tried to upload the videos in H264.mov and mp4 but doesn't work too. (We are working with PT 11.3.2 on a Mac Pro) we really need to fix this problem as soon as posible so we beg for a proper and good answer soon. Thanks!
