problem with beat detective / groove extraction
i have to conform a loop to a "live-drum-performance" so i use beat-detective, adjust it, see the right beat triggers, then i exctract to file or clipboard and want to use this on the midi or audio loop.
then it's getting weird. i use quantize on midi or EA track (the same result), the resulting beats are completely different than the analyzed triggers! (same selection, same region-starting-point) have i missed something? thank you for your help

I'm having a similar problem using groove quantize on audio to match the timing of a midi track, the timing is just not right compared to the midi no matter what I've tried. I made a video to demonstrate for the Avid guys.
