USB Midi interface
any reason why one is better than another?
My purpose is to plug in an old Roland midi kb, to play piano off samples.

Latency.
If you’re only using one MIDI device, it’s much of a muchness. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Re: USB Midi interface
I'm looking for something similar, to connect the Korg 01/wd midi outputs to a USB port on an imac. It's kind of bewildering. I guess there's the basic cable option like the Roland thingy, and then i found a korg midi/usb connector, hoping it'll interface better, but it has a lightning port plug, which my ancient darling imac doesn't have.
Then I started looking at midi/audio boxes... Any more specific suggestions? |
