Default Re: Pro Tools 9 BSOD at start up

Okay, been trying for a little over a week, no matter what I try it refuses to install saying "Incompatible Pro Tools installation detected. Before installing Pro Tools 11, please uninstall Pro Tools or upgrade to Pro Tools 10.3.10 or higher."
I have:
Uninstalled Pro Tools through programs and features
Uninstalled the ilok program and its drivers
Used a moderator created tool called ptnuke (removes what the pro tools uninstaller doesn't)
Checked program files for any other files that were left over from Avid, Digidesign, or Pro Tools
Not sure what to do at this point, already starting to learn FL Studio for a backup.
