Mbox2 and pro tools 12

Hello All,

I have pro tools LE 8, with an Mbox2 factory, i want to buy pro tools 12, my question is, does my mbox2 work with pro tools 12?? anyone knows the answer?

Can't help much with zero system info. Original post didn't even specify if you're on MAC or Windows, thanks for clearing that up. But no, even though some people have it working on Win 10, AVID is advising against it for now.
The reason I gave you the compatibility link is, you can look at the chart according to the info that we don't have, and fill in the blanks.
Granted, their pages take a lot of extra navigating....

The driver is for the Mbox 2 on up to Pro Tools 11, so it should work just fine on PT 12. But I'd still hold off on Windows 10 if it were me, because I'd rather work than beta test!
Also found this in the knowledge base:

The Mbox 2 series interfaces will not be qualified with Mac OS X 10.11 (El Capitan) or Windows 10 (or newer) Operating Systems. These interfaces were released back in 2005, and had a Final Sale Date of 9/14/2010

Windows 10, PT12 and Mbox 2 PRO is working here(my backup/experimental system).

Today I dusted off my old MBox2 Pro and got it working with PT12 on windows 10. I used the version 11 driver (for PT11).

There were a few strange issues. Sometimes PT would not load up properly because it couldnt find a playback device that worked. So, I plugged in my Pod HD Pro and I was able to switch from a compatible sound card to the Mbox 2 Pro. Looks like it works when jumping from one sound card to another, so a workaround might be to jump from a working playback device to the Mbox 2 Pro.
