Default PT7.4.2 vs Time Machine

Seems like when Time Machine is backing up and ProTools tries to open.
It does it's usually "I'm going to put my hooks into every drive" trick and it cause the Time Machine back up to fail.
And PT won't open properly.

I really hate how PT get's it's hooks into everything including a USB drive.
If you just want to transfer a quick file to a USB drive and eject it you've got to quit PT.

Why can't PT let you select which drives it gets it's hooks into and not.
It's sucks having the Digidesign Databases stuck all over drives that you don't even use for PT.

Actually, I hate how Time Machine gets its hooks into every drive you plug in. Apple can take their koolaide and put it...
The digidesign database on all the drives a small harmless folder.... what's the big deal?
