Default EDU, 4 year plan PT12 owner. Where's my Pro Tools 12.2?

I have PT 12.1 which, I received as part of my free 4 Year EDU plan.
Where is my Pro Tools 12.2 download? As I understand, I should be receiving all PT12 updates until Pt13 comes out.

If you looked just a few threads down on page 1, you'd see that I already started a thread on this very subject, yesterday.

It would be helpful if we tried to keep it on one thread rather than creating multiples. There is more chance in the long term of keepng it high up in the list if we all contribute to the same thread.

Having said that, my suspicion is that we haven't got it because we are a small group of people who have PT12, but do not have a support plan. And they've probably used the presence of a support plan as th 'test' to deliver the update installer links into the account. That's putting a positive spin on it, though of course there is no indication of how long it might be before it is sorted out.

Alternatively, it may be they've somehow decided that only people on a support plan will recrive this update. I don't know how they can do that, but it may be an attempt to get us all to buy a support plan, now.

We'll have to wait and see how this develops.
