Voice number problem with 11.0.1

I am mixing some songs with a lot of tracks @ 96KHz/24 bit.

I am working at 10.3.7 because some plug ins are not available for 11.

Today I decide to take a look at 11.0.1 removing the plug ins I don't have for that version. I wanted to see if the sound was better.

My surprise was when in 11 I didn't have enough voices. I am sending you two jpg where you can see the system usage.

Of course if some one want to check the session (please Avid, do it) I wil send the session with no audio. It has the same problem.

It's made with a 2xHDX.

Please take a look at Voices and Time slots, it is the same session!

Can some one explain what is happening?
