Control|24 talkback into 002R monitoring?

The written documentation seems pretty vague here- I can patch out of the aux out on the C24 into my headphone mix and use talkback, but then I have no monitoring while recording (or even playback) going to the headphones....

How do I get both the talkback and the monitoring into my headphone amps? Do I need to use a Y-cord/splitter and patch both?

The other option I can come up with is to make a separate track for the talkback mic, but this seems a waste and having the button to enable/disable is a plus. Seems with all the outputs on the Control|24 this should be a no-brainer... and maybe it is and I'm just brain dead from looking at too many patch cables.

Dont have time to answer this now but shoot me a PM or email and I will help. I use a Control/24 with 002 and the talkback works great. Dont forget to have the Aux to Mon button pressed.
