Unhappy Problem with my 96 i/o Please HELP !!

Hi everyone from Chile.
I just wondered that my 96 i/o interface is delivering very low audio from Outputs 5 and 6. All other outputs are fine but this two are very very low. But just the signal from them. The meters work fine. I tried everything from checking the Hardware settings on PT 9 HD to calibrate the system, but these two outputs are always low.
Any ideas ? Should I ship it for repair ???
Thanks for your help.

Andres

PD. Digitest found nothing... everyting OK.
I also have to say that the sound from these two outputs is distorted.
