Default PT 9 not recognizing KB37 hardware

PT 9.0 is not recognizing my Pod studio KB37 hardware/interface.I'm using 10.8.2 on macbook pro 2011.
- I'm using Pod Farm driver 2.5

Basically as we load PT it stops short and says it can't find the hardware.
Garageband recognizes the KB37 without any issue.
So wonder if this is a OS issue or a PT 9 issue?

Any ideas, suggestions , help would be much appreciated Thank you !
