Default Question about Track Transfer

So is the track transfer utility not available in Pro Tools 5.1? I used to use it for 5.0, but it's not even on the 5.1 CD! I tried bringing the one over from the 5.0 CD but that only works on files that were created in 5.0. Anyone?

Thanks,
