Trying to set up mbox2 on new intel iMac

I recently upgraded from a PBG4 to an intel iMac g5. I have got the proper version of protools which is updated and works fine.

The hardware upgrade I downloaded from Digi (Firmwire 1.38) however has not been helpful. When I download it off of the product support page for intel, it gives me a .out file and a .pdf file.

The .out file tells me to make sure my mbox2 is on then press "Y" and enter. this does nothing.

Any help please!!!
