Re: What can you undo?
I've got my prefs set to automatically do a save session every 3 minutes. That "undo" has saved my ass a couple times.

Re: What can you undo?
I was happy to find this thread. I'm a former engineer at Cakewalk (2000-2009) and still a Sonar user. Like many of us, we're evaluating our options so I've been going through the learning curve pains of learning a lot of other DAWs in the last few weeks. Pro Tools is probably the direction I'm leaning.
I was quite surprised and disappointed at the things that are NOT undoable. Essentially, it seems that any mixer topology changes are not. Last night, I wanted to re-order a couple of Fx in the bin and instead dropped on top of another one which replaced it. Whoops - Ctrl-Z - what? Nothing? View undo history and this major change is not there? Other stuff like track-reordering, ok that's not destructive and I can live with that. Brave new world |

Re: What can you undo?
You know that message? In fact it is undoable. I wonder why I have to read those "Fake News" for years...
