Eucon MC Transport & CPU overcrowded

I come here, trying to understand why my Euphonix MC.Transport becomes super-intensive CPU (+ 100%) as soon as I use it with an audio app, either Pro Tools 11 or Reaper, resources soar . By cons, used with Mail for example, my CPU reasonably descends around 5 to 9% .. In short, if you have an idea ..!
