Default High Sierra yet?

Hey,
It's November 9th. Isn't it about time PT is certified for High Sierra? Really getting annoyed. Avid, get it together.

Thats gonna be a while longer ... Why do you need to use HS on your audio computer? I assume you have a dedicated comp for audio only ...

Haven't updated yet, still on Sierra. But I would like to take advantage of the new OS. It really shouldn't take this long.

I partially agree there but it has Always taken quite a ling time for Avid to qualify new OS's looking back and it is just something we can't do anything about. If you buy a new Mac with HighSierra I would be a bit worried but since 10.12.6 works great here atleast I will definitely not update any of our Macs until a few dot releases has passed by as this is our livelyhood so everything has to work day and night here. No testing or updates until they are rock solid. All IMHO of course.

Remember that those that live on the bleeding edge are doomed to get cut by it. While it may be neat to have the latest OSX unless you have a compelling reason to do that then stay with what works for you.

Default High Sierra yet?

What possible feature in High Sierra is there that anybody running a DAW needs? Of all the things to complain about I do not want Avid to rush to support High Sierra.... I would much rather they focus on core product stability and get around to supporting High Sierra at their usual pace....

(and having said that I need High Sierra to troubleshoot some Bluetooth developer level issues.... I install that on another drive and boot off that.)
