How to switch out of manual tempo mode.
Iv been tring to learn about tempo mapping lately. So I have inserted some tempo events but the grid does not line up with them. I think it must be because I am in manual tempo mode.
Also when I change the note value the grid does not reflect the changes Iv made. Some help on this would be great. Thanks in advance for taking the time to help out a fellow ProTooler |

Re: How to switch out of manual tempo mode.
To toggle between Manual Tempo and Conductor Track -
Click on the conductor icon in the Transport (blue for conductor track). If there is no conductor icon, tick MIDI Controls on the Transport drop-down menu. Another reason for the grid not lining up correctly - Check that Bars:Beats are displayed in the Timeline Ruler, not Minutes:Seconds. To change this - View/Main Counter/Bars:Beats

Another way to show the MIDI controls and Conductor Track icon on the Transport:
View/Transport/Midi Controls
