Error when trying to save.

I've been getting this error message when I try to save on certain sessions:
Assertion Failure CNeol0Block.cpp Line 164
Pro Tools actually does save however. I'm runnin Pro Tools HD3 Accel on a quicksilver powermac G4 733 with 1.25 gig of ram OSX.4
Anyone have any ideas why I might be getting this message?

Try all the recommendations in the trouble shooting thread at the top of this forum!

A few obvious things to try... trash all the Digi database files from all your hard drive partitions, if this doesn't fix then try trashing all the protools/digi/DAE preferences from the mach HD/user/library/prefs.

Repair disk permissions! use disk utility to do this. cocktail is a good program for keeping your mac clean and running well.
