Default Re: "Hardware Not Found" Mbox mini 3rd gen

I just had this problem with Pro Tools Express not being able to locate my Mbox (3rd Generation) after re-installing both following fitting of a new solid state drive. Did two things which fixed it (not sure which was crucial, perhaps both?)...in the Properties dialog of Pro Tools on the Combatibility tab I checked the 'Run as compatible with' box (and in my case selected Windows 7)...secondly I updated the Mbox driver to version 1.1.10 found here:
