So - PT 8 is out but the date of release aint.

Does anyone (Digi) dare to tell ?

The fine print on the pre order page at Sweetwater says November...but I've also heard late 2008..which could mean Dec 31 eh?

Do you REALLY need that LONG to read the manual...

If you call digi, maybe they'll find empathy for your reading problem and email you a manual in advance - that way you can be up and running by day ONE of the Pro Tools 8 release.

Official word - we're trying to get it out for the end of November, but that depends on how testing goes and how quickly we can squash bugs...
