Default Using computer keyboard to play music with plugins

Hello

Is it possible to use my macbook keyboard as, say, a piano keyboard in plugins such as xpand!2 or vaccum? I'm gonna be out away from home base for the next 2 weeks, and I'm hoping to be able to work on stuff while I'm gone.

I'm running PT LE 8.0.4 on my Macbook Pro 2.66GHZ 4gb ram with an mbox 2 pro.

Thanks!

Ronnie

It's not possible in Protools. Logic can do it I believe.

This might be of use though

There are other freebies out there, too. Just Google "virtual midi controller"
