7.2 cut head on an audio region with a fade bug
Hi All,
I've been seeing this from the beginning of 7.2. If I have an audio region that has a fade on the head of it and hit the "a" key with command focus on, it doesn't delete the audio and the fade. I think it just deletes the fade and leaves the audio. So I try to cut the head from the audio again and this time it deletes the audio and leaves a weird colored box where the audio used to be. I think if I cut head one more time the weird box will go away. This bug is not a big one but can confuse people easily and is definitely too many key strokes for cut head ( which should be one key). Peace, Brandon

Re: 7.2 cut head on an audio region with a fade bu
Hi Brandon,
I'm not seeing this over here... it works as expected. Any other details that might help replicate it?

Re: 7.2 cut head on an audio region with a fade bu
basically, take an audio region, put fades on the head and tale. put the selector tool in the middle of the region and hit "a" with command fo9cus on. That's the repo. I'll check and make sure their isn't something else going on. Anyone else seeing this?

I'm not able to repro this either.
Have you tried trashing preferences or maybe using import session data into a new session, in the case there may be something corrupted in the current session? |

Re: 7.2 cut head on an audio region with a fade bu
I'm getting this on every session I work on. Maybe it's a crossfade that's making this happen. I just checked. Yes, it's a crossfade and cut head that's making this happen. Sorry for the poor bug report!
