Slate CLA expansion pack? $99 deal till 1st

Hi,

Anyone bought this for Trigger? Any opinions?

I see it's on offer at the moment for $99

I bought the full SSD and Trigger pack some time ago.

Haven't used it in Trigger so far.

But in SSD they sound great.

the cla pack adds some nice nu tones and fx to the palette.

odd, however as there's no presets within the individual bundles;
you need to add top, btm, ohs, rms, one by one...

also, i knew his 149 "intro" price wouldn't stick,
i feel bad for the early adopters who got a month or two b4 the price cliffed.
they're not even sure what the "list" price is;
in posts it's 199, on the site it's 249!

Hi,

Yeh I don't get this surely he could get someone to build the kits and save them as PT compatible presets, with just a click to set the sample path like many other VIs manage to do.

Yes he is a bit random with his pricing and special offers! No doubt those who paid $249 are a bit peeved at it now being on offer for $99.

With Slate it's best to buy during one of his few yearly sales such as NAMM, Black Friday/Cyber Monday and such. Otherwise it can be a bit frustrating.
