Default nudging faders

When nudging faders on a D-Control, my edit window is scrolling to show the tracks that are on the surface. Is it possible to turn this feature off.

Thanks in anticipation

In Pro Tools, under Preferences/Mixing, turn off "Edit window following bank selection" and/or "Mix window follows bank selection".
