Exporting to .WAV question
Hi guys, ive completed my first song in pro tools LE and I need to know how to export it to .wav so I can share it with my friends and family and put it on a cd.
I'm very inexperienced with pro tools and to be honest my only past experience is with Audacity and it was easy to export with them. Step by step would be appreciated! Thanks. I've searched all over the net for help, but either i'm looking in the wrong places or Pro Tools did not make it simple for us to do this. FYI: I'm not looking to export the tracks themselves, I want to export the song into .wav format. |

Re: Exporting to .WAV question
Highlight the whole song (plus about 1/2 second before and after) and "bounce to disk" at 44.1/16 bit.

Re: Exporting to .WAV question
great thanks. 2 questions tho.
1) whats the diff between 16 bit and 24 bit? 2) When i got my wav files, I got 2 of them. One says 'Tracing_R' and one says 'Tracing_L' Whats the R and L? |

Re: Exporting to .WAV question
Those are separate Right and Left tracks.
Choose "stereo interleaved" next time and you'll get one stereo wav file. Audio Bit Depth |
