Trouble with mixer plugging into PTfree
I have just loaded protools into my new Emac (the brand new Mac) and am trying to record through a mixing board into the computer. I have taken the mixer and plugged it into the microphone input. I have hardly any knowledge of a mac, and have no idea what is wrong. It is an all stock computer, no added soundboads, just using the onboard sound. If anyone can help me, please do. I am trying to record this weekend, so if i can get a reply ASAP that would be great, thanks for your help.
