Re: Midi TO audio Help
You'll need to give a lot more detail before we can help you.
For starters, what kind of MIDI devices are you triggering? How are they connected? How do you monitor them? |

Re: Midi TO audio Help
See this thread for starters:
http://duc.digidesign.com/showthread.php?t=277153 This is such a common question... Does other software, like maybe logic, make this task a one button operation or something? It seems that many users have some kind of incorrect preconceived notion of what MIDI is...

Re: Midi TO audio Help
Well, Logic does a quick offline bounce of instrument track to audio, and in Logic 9 there's a drum-replacer type tool, but I think some of these questions are coming from a lack of understanding in general, especially when using hardware synths that have to be patched in.

Re: Midi TO audio Help
Sorry I'm using motif xs and m3. I'm using two aux tracks to monitor each keyboard signal. My problem is recording those two aux tracks to two audio tracks.how should my inputs be on the audio tracks.

Re: Midi TO audio Help
Exactly the same as the AUX tracks. Just replace the AUX tracks with AUDIO tracks and record. Once that is done, then you can(if you want) hide and make inactive the midi tracks(just to keep the desktop clean).
