Default Child windows obscured in v6.8.1

Some of the child windows in the Pro Tools LE main work area are partially off the screen to the top and left so that I can't grab them to move move them back into the main work area. For example, the title bar at the top of the Workspace child window is just out of reach.

Normally, Windows programs will show the Control menu if you type alt+space so you can use the cursor keys to move an errant window back into view, but that doesn't work here.

Is there a way to get the child windows to move to default positions?

Thanks,
Ed
