Client Posts, Email Confirms, We See Nothing
So far, DigiDelivery's track record is great. Here's a flukey incident, though ...
We have a client (guest account) who posted a delivery, he received an email confirming the successfully posted delivery, and that's where the trail runs dry. Here at the hardware (standard account) end, we never received the "delivery waiting for you" message, and sure enough, when logged as admin I see no evidence of the transaction on our appliance. As an administrative type, I sure wouldn't mind an event log, please.
