What does "File manager error -43" mean

We get the download link, double click it, digidelivery opens and starts downloading (Receiving). After about a minute digidelivery just disappears. The app quits and vanishes. After checking the log I see "File manager error -43"

what does this mean and how can we fix this

What OS are you on (Mac or Windows)? You could try deleting the partially downloaded file and try the delivery again. Alternately you could try downloading to a different computer to see if it's possibly a network error or something on that particular computer causing the problem.

Also check that there is sufficient space on your drive to download the files.

Most likely, though, there was some corruption introduced in transit. Make sure that the sender updates to the latest version of the client (2.1 bld393), and have them re-post the delivery. This version of the client has improved error correction for catching these random errors introduced by bad cables, etc.
