Firmware upgrade failure
New issue
An unexpected error occurred while transmitting firmware image. Error found while verifying the write was done correctly. (-1167) This is on the launch of 9.0.4

You've done it the wrong way round, you've installed the OS first. I made the same mistake and got the same error. The only way I found to get round it was to re-install an earlier OS (in my case 10.5.4), and then launch 9.0.4, Total ball ache, but I did get it working. Good luck.
