Startup Freeze PT 10.3.5 HD (OS 10.7.5)

I've installed PT 10.3.5 on my Pro Mac (OS 10.7.5 )
When launching PT the startup screen freezes at "Setting Up I/O Paths...A 1-2"
All Plugins seem to scan fine during startup. It just freezes on the very last process of PT's startup.

I've trashed pref.s.
Fix permissions.
Re-installed Novation USB drivers.

How can I get PT running?

Pro Mac 2x2.6 Quad Core Xenon
17 GB RAM
Mac OS 10.7.5
Pro Tools 10.3.5 HD
