Where is my No Charge Pro Tools 12 Upgrade?

Wow. The upgrade is FREE!!
The support plan, which entitles you to the upgrade, is $599/year for HD, but the upgrade is FREE. I guess $599 is not money.

Sorry to question your logic (hmmm Logic...), but these are PAID upgrades. In fact they are pre-paid upgrades.

Very frustrated that the pre-paid upgrade was not offered first to the customers who pre-paid.....

Those of us who purchased after 11.1.14 have free upgrades and support until March of 2016....

For US...it's FREE...

Well, a small bit of progress. PT 12 is now available for download in my Avid account.....HOWEVER, my license has yet to show up in my iLok account. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Very, very confused . . .? I bought PT11 on the day it was released. I have NOT paid for the upgrade to 12 at any time since (nor do I want to)! Just checked my Avid account and all the new PT12 installers have appeared in my account? (no ilok asset). Worryingly all my PT 11 installers (Which I need) now have disappeared . . .

the same situation here - the PT12 download links are on the Avid's account site, but there's no licence on the ilok.

It's in my account also and 11 is gone. But I didn't buy the upgrade.

PT 12 shows up under the PT 11 heading...

Why would they do that?

Happy to say that Pro Tools 12 is in my Avid account now, but like other people here, it's not in my iLok account yet. Looks like I had nothing to worry about, although I'll feel more relief once it's on my iLok and I'm able to fire it up! Thanks to Jeffro and anyone else who has been facilitating this.
