Default syncing ADAT into 192 via MTP AV

If someone familiar with this process could give me the step-by-step set-up and procedure, I would be eternally grateful. I have a guy who wants to import two ADAT tapes (16 tracks) into my rig for edits and mixing, but I have never synced an ADAT before.

thanks in advance,

John
