From what I can see, your registration does not indicate a student version:

Product: Pro Tools 10.0 for Institutions Purchased: Jun 01, 2012

I would recommend filing a support case with customer service to sort it out:

Where's My Free Pro Tools 11 Upgrade?

If you are able to provide a receipt, that will help considerably. If you were a student (rather than a school) it may be either a problem with the registration code your received originally, or the academic store sold the wrong product.

Hi Bruce,

I also bought a Pro Tools 9 student edition and I received my free Pro Tools 10 upgrade but haven't got any mail with the free 11 one...

Hi Bruce,

thanks for your reply but I'm still having problems with the activation on my iLok.

When I want to activate the license, I get a window that says: License Surrender, the terms of this delivery requires the following item: Pro Tools 10+9 Bundle...

Months ago, I lost my iLok so I also lost my PT10 license...

What do I have to do to activate Pro Tools 11 ?

You would need to start by going to www.ilok.com/support and clicking on Broken, Lost or Stolen iLoks

After you have reported the iLok as lost, you would need to contact Avid Support (and any other companies that you may have had iLok licenses for that were on that iLok).

You would provide Avid with the RMA email that you receive from iLok.com, along with all of your information (name, address, phone, email, iLok account name) from your Pro Tools 11 registration.

I got Pro Tools 10 student from Sweetwater a while ago, and am supposed to have an upgrade to 11. I've yet to hear anything about it. How can I go about receiving my upgrade?
