Default Problem bouncing to disk

Hi, this is really starting to bug me; I'm using pro tools m powered 7 with a pc and an m audio 18/14. I've select bounce to disk and the clock starts running and I can hear the music. When the bounce has finished I open the folder I selected for the file to be stored, but it's not there. A few tracks I was mixing down earlier worked fine. This is not the first time this has happened. Anyone any ideas?

Thanks

Are you converting during or after bounce?

If it isn't already, try setting the DAE playback buffer to Level 2 (default).

Me Too!

Everything was fine for a while then I started to notice the file was not there.

I reloaded the software, did a file search for it just in case. One guy told me to get rid of the database file in the protools folder and I did that but it only worked one time after that. Is this a 7.0 thing?
