Pro Tools 10 to 11 upgrade?

Upgrade to PT12 which will give you PT10-11-12 licenses.

Hard part is that RTAS/TDM only work in PT10 and if you need to run later version (as in PT12.0.0 for example) you can only use AAX plugins. All of your old plugins need to be updated to new versions, if available. Some plugins still do not have AAX version available, so those you would need to drop until properly supported.

both Waves and Sound Toys offer AAX Native versions it's AAX DSP for the HDX cards that they don't offer but you're not looking at that
