Default OT- Anyone here in Tokyo?

Strange question, but I have a request from an artist to find a very specific sound effect; the sound of a subway anouncer calling the Roppongi station on the Hibiya subway line in Tokyo...

Any Tokyo user's here have any idea where to look for this? Or, better yet, anyone with an MD or DAT recorder???

Thanks!

Damon
